Vassilis Antonakos presents his new exhibition at the Kapopoulos gallery

Art is an alternative way of expressing himself since his childhood. The artist Vasilis Antonakos is mainly a self-taught artist. His new exhibition is titled “Serial faces” and is presented at the Kapopoulos Gallery, at Golden Hall in Maroussi (Kifisias 37A & Spyrou Luis Avenue), and will last until March 27th.
In these works, Vassilis Antonakos focuses on the faces and attributes the feeling, the expectation, the quest, the loneliness, the expectation, the craving, the salvation, the love.
His painting seems to want to pass under the surface and reach the soul of the person. His lonely portraits express his own internal battles, explosions and revolutions.
